Motivation

Sometimes it's hard to be healthy and eat healthy all the time and sometimes we wouldn't keep up the good habit of getting some fresh air and eating well everyday, We'd prefer to eat rubbish and be flopped down on the internet all day. Once you get into this routine it's hard to get out. You start feeling unmotivated and down. Sometimes you just need a little motivation to be healthy again. This isn't the 'motivation' that's a picture of a girl in a bikini to 'motivate' people to have that 'summer body' this is proper motivation to lead a healthier lifestyle. 

It's really important to have work out clothes that you feel comfortable in and you'd look forward to put on and get out in. Bright colours and fun patterns always help boost your mood and help motivate you. 


Music is such a big part of getting motivated to get out and go for a walk or a run. Music that you like that has a strong beat helps put you in a good mood and motivates you to get some exercise.


When I'm at home and bored I will most likely start eating rubbish. Especially now that I'm finished school there is no 'eating routine' I guess you could call it. I try to limit myself to one sweet thing each day, most of the time this doesn't work but it's good to try to have a limit! I'm trying to eat a good breakfast and incorporate more fruit into my diet. 

I hoped this helped ye to get motivated to lead a healthier lifestyle.
