October Favourites 2014

As the evenings get darker and the weather gets colder October comes to an end and we all know what that means... A monthly favourites! Here are some of the things I have been loving this month.

Rimmel BB Cream & Real Techniques Buffing Brush:
This duo is what has been saving my bad skin days this month. I picked up this bb cream because I saw that they released a paler shade called very light which is a perfect match for me. It creates a veil over the skin and blurs out imperfections. I love applying it with the buffing brush for a flawless airbrushed look.

Benefit Highbeam:
This month I've been enjoying a pinkier cooler toned highlighter. I got this mini high beam ages ago and never really used it but I whipped it out this month and have been loving the newt look it gives. This full size is quite expensive so if you find a miniature I really recommend that you pick it up.

Vaseline Original:
Isn't this vintage Vaseline just the cutest thing! It's from the Vaseline vintage collection and I think it's so adorable. Vaseline is something that everyone should own. For lips, lashes, cuticles, there are endless ways to use it. I've been carrying this around with me everywhere I go this month.

Lush Love Lettuce Mask:
As myself and my brother are completely lush obsessed we finally reached the five empty pot goal. If you don't know, when you bring back five empty lush pots to the shop you get a free fresh face mask. We picked out the love lettuce mask as it was new to our lush store. It's targeted towards oily skin but doesn't dry out the skin at all. It adds a lovely glow and is the perfect mask to use the night before an event.

Tartan Blanket Scarf:
Even though nearly every single person owns this blanket scarf from Pennys I still adore it. It's quite large and it's so so cosy and adds to an autumnal outfit. The beige tartan is kin of a neutral in the autumn winter season. I absolutely love it.
