D.I.Y. Face Mask

We all have to deal with acne at some stage in our lives even if it's just the odd teenage spot. My skin isn't liking life at the moment and this diy mask is definitely helping it. Even though it is a bit sticky it's so easy and quick to whip up when your skin needs a bit of a pamper and you definitely have all of the ingredients in your cupboard.

What you're going to need:
A teaspoon
A small bowl

Into the small bowl you're going to put one teaspoon of cinnamon and one teaspoon of nutmeg.

You're then going to pop in one teaspoon of honey, you may need a tiny bit more than a teaspoon so we'll say a teaspoon and a bit.

After giving the mixture a good mix you're going to slather it all over you're face.
It is quite sticky so you're hair might stick to your face so I suggest tying it up and wear a hairband just to make sure that you won't have to wash your hair afterwards!

The longer you leave it on the better it will work so leave it on as long as you can. I usually leave it on for around twenty minutes, then I'll rinse my face with lukewarm water.

Because you have made the mask yourself you know what's in it and it's all fairly natural which means your skin isn't drinking up additives and chemicals.

I definitely see a difference when I use this mask. It reduces the size and the redness of my breakouts, it doesn't dry out the rest if my skin which is also a bonus. I really do re comment trying out this diy acne face mask.
