Reasons I Love Cork

Today's post will be a bit of a different one and very much out of comfort zone in comparison to the usual fashion and beauty posts. Working where I do means I meet a lot of tourists and people visiting Ireland and I always tell them how amazing Cork is and all the things there are to do. So today I'm going to tell you all the reasons I love Cork.

I am focusing on Cork City because I have grown up and gone to school in the suburbs, live fairly close to town, and go college there.

Concealer Countdown

Hey guys! As you can probably tell from the title today I'm going to count down to my favourite concealer of the moment, I didn't just use the word countdown to have alliteration in the title! Concealer is definitely my favourite makeup product, as weird as that sounds because most people view it as a makeup basic. I love finding a good one to cover spots without adding to the dryness, or brightening ones to cover darkness under my eyes and all that jazz, I'm a bit of a concealer junkie if you will. Recently I found myself running out of almost all of my concealers and needed to restock so I decided to pick up a few new ones to try and ended up getting more than I needed in the first place. I put them to the test over the past few weeks and said I would report back to you on what I think of them and how they stand next to my other favourites and ones I am currently using. So without further ado I will start counting down to my favourite concealer of the moment!

Hang In There

Hey guys! Today's post is going to be an outfit one as well as a little chat about mental health, summertime sadness if you will.

I think during the summer a lot of people will have a dip in their mental health, even if you don't notice it. You're out of routine, don't have something regularly to do and don't see your friends. You're either bored out of your brain during the summer or working all day everyday. It's all completely normal. Friends are going on holidays to exotic destinations at different stages and you're there stuck at home, working and feel like you have no friends and want September to come quicker. Hang in there because you will get through the summer blues.

Dublin Travel Diary
